Checking Clinic

When : May 18th 7:00p-8:00p & May 19th 1:15-2:15

This clinic is for birth years 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011. The CAHA checking clinic will cover fundamental checking skills, which include Positioning & Angling, Stick Checking, Body Contact and Body Checking. This clinic is designed for players that are new to body checking or players looking for a refresher before tryouts. During contact drills, players will be grouped together based on age and ability.
